FINANCES

                The bank account is checked regularly (usually daily) and the date and time the page is prepared is on the bottom LHS of the sheet.

              The finance page is updated whenever the bank account changes.

            
            NOTE - The finances are self-auditing.

               If what you see on the statement is not what you think it should be then you need to let Jayvee know.

                And that includes checking that your name appears where you think it should or (perhaps) should not.
